THE PERFECT  TENSE

The Perfect Tense is formed with the Simple Past Tense and the participle. 

Koha Perfect Tense formohet me kohen e tashme te foljes have plus pjesoren e shkuar te foljes. 
I have looked. (looked =pjesorja e shkuar e foljes look)

The Perfect Tense is used:
        Koha Perfect Tense perdoret:
1.)   For actions that happened in an unknown time in the past – Per veprime qe ndodhen ne nje kohe te papercaktuar ne te shkuaren
a.      p.sh.: He has sold his car. (Ai shiti makinen.) When?  Kur? – We don’t know. Nuk e dime.


2.)  For actions that have just ended and there is proof that it happened. –   Per veprime qe sapo kane mbaruar dhe qe ekziton nje fakt qe ndodhi.
a.      p.sh.: He has just painted the room. (Sapo leu dhomen) We know it because the paint might still be wet or we can smell the paint.
Ne e dime sepse boja mund te jete njome apo mund te nuhasim eren e bojes.

3.) For actions that started in the past and continue in the present. –   Per veprime qe filluan ne te shkuaren por qe vazhdojne dhe ne te tashmen.
a.      She has lived in this house for two years. (Ajo ka dy vjet qe jeton ne kete shtepi.)
so, she started to live in here two years ago and she is still there
dmth Filloi te jetonte para dy vjetesh dhe akoma aty eshte
b.      She lived in this house for two years. (Ajo jetoi  per dy vjet ne kete shtepi.) 
so, She lived there for two years but she doesn’t live there anymore.
dmth Ajo jetoi atje dy vjet por tani nuk jeton me atje.

4.) For a action that happened in an unknown time in the past but it may be related to the present –   Per nje veprim te se kaluares ku koha e te ciles nuk referohet por lidhet me te tashmen
a.      I have met Ismail Kadare. 
(Jam takur me Kadarene) 
I might meet him again
ndoshta e takoj perseri
